I had zero problems but I had a professional installer do the job so... maybe that helped? I have zero issues with the oven racks - again I'm not sure what happened for the other reviewer but they are pretty standard - I suppose if you misalign there could be a problem but that would happen in any oven."

Cons: The flex duo concept is limiting. If using the upper and lower oven function simultaneously, the temperature for both are limited. Food takes a LOT longer to cook at uneven temps and does not come out as intended. Constant fan noise that requires turning the music or TV on louder to compensate."
