When the replacement door came, we unboxed the rest of the oven to install it and found a smashed corner on the metal frame on the lower back corner. When my husband tipped the unit up on the front edge to view the back corner, the whole frame warped. They were just bare wires sticking out of the back of the oven, no connectors of any sort. So he would not install it, as it was a fire hazard."
