"Seriously though IF you have a kid who can actually come home with a bottle that needs refilling, & have room to store this big bottle (which surprisingly you will not actually need for anything around the house as long as it is in the pantry, and not until you run out) then buy it, because it does in the long run save you money; However if you have one of those kids (I have a couple) who just can not seem to hold onto a bottle of glue long enough to get a refill, and you’re not making that “slime” whith the starch mixture then a gallon of school glue is overkill!"

Most projects you would use one for will have you working with pretty flammable materials, a traditional gun plugs in to power the gun, then heats up for the entire time you have it plugged in, and many don't feature the nice little stand this one has, so putting it down hastily to go finish your cooking, not such a good plan."
