"I did remove the passenger side rear seat to access the broken cable assembly. I had a little difficult positioning the new cable under the driver side shoulder strap retainer but with a little pushing a pulling, it did fit. After seeing how the broken OEM part was made, my guess is that the manufacture wrapped the cable around the pulley / bobbin in the housing."
