"This is how I did it:There is a video on you tube on how to remove cup holder and shift boot panel just pull be gentle.Then remove all four bolts holding shift plate to floor pry up each bushing spacer washer one at a time with screwdriver enough to get needle nose on them and pull,twist and wiggle each one out you will have to hold shiftier while doing this.When all four are removed PUSH each rubber bushing out some with flat blade this is a lot easier than trying to pull though shiftier mount trust me.When you get half of it out you can get the rest out by hand so you do not drop it.Now the install:I started with the front left bushing slide it under shiftier mounting plate I was able to get my finger under side panel to help push into place then i put the bolt in with washer on it holding the bolt and washer by the washer with needle nose and it dropped right in.The rest are easy after that just make sure the bushings with CS go at the correct mounting points (directions supplied with kit).After each bushing I put in the bolt and washer loosely to hold it there while I did the others.Remember if you can not get your hands in there use the needle nose to hold washer and bolt by the washer.I torqued each bolt to 40 inch pounds put back shift boot,cup holder,and shift knob all done in about 30 mins."
