"Worked well on the cam shaft but didn't want to work well with crank shaft,the hooks to pull out the seal didn't want to pull in flush with the crank so as to get a good straight pull on the seal and the crank bolt was a little short to reach the threads on the crank, it would be good if a threaded rod and nut were in the kit ( or as an available kit with adapters for different thread size and pitch ) to help with cam/crank seal installation on engines that this may become an issue."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Just had to set the e-brake, put the vehicle in neutral to make sure there was no load on the driveshaft, remove the driveshaft by removing the 4 bolts from the u-joint straps and slide the driveshaft out of the transfer case, and then, using a large flat-blade screwdriver and a hammer, knock out the old seal by tapping on the flange in alternating spots to work it out of the housing. I expected to get some fluid out when the driveshaft was removed and the seal was pried out, but I got almost none."
