I replaced the Backing Pad with my new Astro, from Amazon, and the pads now last longer, with no damage to the back of the pad! If you buy the Harbor Freight DA Polisher and you plan to use 6" foam pads (like they sell at HF), buy this!"

When I turn on both blowers it functions correctly for a few minutes then one of the blowers turns off for a few minutes and then turns back on. It doesn't blow sufficiently on one blower and I have to wait for it to cycle back to both blowers to do an adequate job of blowing water off the car."
