Find Best Price at Amazon"I noticed that both tires were flat and the shiny dark red paint on the rims was now a pinkish color and so powdery that I could rub it off with my fingers. I removed the wheels, buffed the rims with an abrasive pad, and repainted them with a quality spray paint. The tires are flat once again. Obviously the inner tubes are of questionable quality and I am now faced with the dilemma of 1) reinflating the tires on a regular basis, 2) replacing both inner tubes, or 3) replacing the entire assemblies with "flatless" wheels such as the "Tricam Farm & Ranch 16-Inch No-Flat Wheelbarrow Tire" available here on Amazon."
