I'm 6' 1" and just below 200 lbs and the large fits perfectly (for my tastes) with the liner removed and a t shirt underneath. I'm trying to drop another 10 lbs or so by winter, so I think it will fit great with the liner when the cold weather hits. As for motorcycle use, I went for a 30 minute ride at freeway speeds this morning and felt comfortable/warm (it was about 55 - 60 degrees) even with wind chill (and the liner out)."
