"Being as though this item isn't in stock with Amazon at the time of this review I ended up buying mine directly from iFixit. For starters I love the new packaging, it gave me the experience that I was opening a brand new cell phone, this is a box I will definitely be keeping to the side. Also, their brand new aluminum driver, which has knurling near the tip for better traction when having to tighten up and loosen those stubborn yet delicate screws. Ok, back to this review; and to top it off the rotating end cap of the new iFixit driver is on a ball bearing, allowing even more control when tightening screws! Now the next thing they did with this case had the nerd in me geek out, because they thought of everything when designing this case, its no longer that flimsy plastic dollar store material the 54 bit kit shipped in (sorry iFixit but I'm being honest, and know you guys had to keep cost down. Especially with something so minuscule as the added lip to prevent the lid from slipping off; if magnets lost contact. I also believe taking this route allowed the 64 bit kit and overall 2016 pro tech tool kit to be a lot shorter than its predecessor, by using EVA foam they essentially have a blank canvas to work with, assign bits to their allocated spots and not have to deal with the restraints and unnecessary material brought on by using the rubber inserts that the 54 bit kit utilized. Ok, I'm pretty much a stickler when it comes to my tools and their quality, if something is as not it should be I will not hesitate to pick up the phone and express my concerns. This grade has low distortion properties and is easily heat treated and will harden to C-55 ' C-58 Rockwell range.""
"The inside of the lid has a raised grid which keeps small parts from rolling around and could also be used to sort them. The lid is kept on by magnets and can be placed on the bottom of the case when it is open (can't use it as a parts bin if you do this, or you could put in the parts and attach it to the bottom for safe keeping while you work on your project)."
"This kit has almost every bit you could need for anything from a power brick to a phone to a laptop to small appliances (I’m talking to you, Black and Decker, with your security screws). The packaging is very nice, and case is held in place—closed and open—with four neodymium magnets in the corners."
"The driver, extension, and bits are excellent quality. I get so tired of buying tool sets that have cheap looking and feeling acrylic cases, with hinges that break off."
"If I had recommendations for version 2.0 I would engineer a lid cover, one that is less likely to come off in my bag, and maybe round the top of the driver a bit so it doesn't dig into your palm while extracting tough screws."

Bostitch Office Stanley 4-In-1 Pocket Screwdriver Pack of 2 (66-344-2)
Magnetic bits have non-slip textured surface so they attract and hold small screws; won't crack, slip or peel.
Reviews
"For those who wear eyeglasses, the small Phillips may work for some but the small flat will probably be too big for most."
"I troubleshoot equipment often and this is great at getting at the small screws you find in electrical components or terminals. My only gripe is that the usable handle is small and makes it difficult to break free tighter/frozen screws."
"I don't like that it is hard to get a good grip on the shaft when trying to remove a screw that has been overtightened, but that is not really what this is designed to be used for. PROS: Convenient, Fits in Pocket, Lightweight, Magnetic Bits, Price. CONS: Hard to Grip, Small Bits, Sticker Falls Off."
"Working in IT requires me to dress in business casual attire but have the skills and tools to complete tasks. Since it is so small and thin, the amount of torque you can get on it is limited, so a stuck screw will be tough to loosen with this."
"But, turns out it's just a screwdriver. My fault for not double checking but maybe another category would help this seller?"
"Small enough to keep in a pocked or desk drawer, but still good enough for general usage."
"I bought these for convenience, so if I have to grab a pair of pliers to remove the bits, it defeats the purpose."

"I must admit I was reluctant to get this kit due to the price but decided to make the jump after reading the reviews & I must say this is one good looking kit."
"I would definately recommend this set to anyone looking to add a high quality precision driver set to their work bench or tool set."
"The only thing I could complain about if I cared to is that the magnet is only so strong (something that doesn't bother me) and because of the telescoping feature there is no place inside the handle itself to store tools on the go."
"These bits seem very durable and the whole set is better made and cheaper than the Boxer set I got 2 years ago whose bits are all mangled from applying the smallest torque."
"I bought the set because it contains drivers you need for electronic watch repair, but I have used them for all sorts of things in the garage and around the house."
"Okay so I had many IT repair starter kits inside my cart before finally deciding on this product. THE SELECTION: I'm confident this product will have all the screws I would need for PC, phone, tablet work."
"One thing that could make this a better package is for an improvement on the case; it is a little cheap."
"This set is amazing!"

Reviews
"Both sets have a few sizes the other does not have but are very similar (the Stanley has a few smaller sockets and a ¼” wrench, the Crescent has a few larger sockets). The case supplied with the Stanley set is very poor, the sockets can be almost impossible to remove without breaking your nails. Although this is a pretty nice set for the money but I found a much better set for about the same amount of money: Crescent CSWS10 3/8-Inch Drive Socket Wrench Set, 52-Piece. The case for these sockets is much better, everything fits nicely and sockets are easily removed as they are not ‘clamped in’ as with the Stanley sockets."
"Good quality tools, awful case."
"There are ten, I know because I counted, metal screws bored into the carrying case holding on that plastic shell. These guys put ten metal screws into holding on a plastic shell with no purpose other than to be thrown away, but use plastic screws to hold together the actual carrying case that's supposed to last the lifetime of the product."
"this set has been under the back seat of my work truck for the last four years the case is in as good shape as the day i bought. I love the way they store when your done with your work you can just start snapping them back in place and it keeps you from loosing pieces because you can see if you left one out."
"Like others have said, this is a good set of tools."
"The black chrome look is nice, not that looks are important when using a ratchet set, but they do look nicer than the usual chrome socket sets I have seen. The black chrome does make it very easy to see what the socket size is so you don't have to search or squint for sizes like you might on a chrome set."

Blair Equipment 11090N Rotabroach Cutter Kit

Reviews
"The way I broke the bit was trying to seat the cutter into a hole that I had already started and I was at an angle rather than square so it snagged and my Milwaukee Mag Hole Shooter is a heavy duty drill and it won over the broach bit. I decided to use a drill bushing pressed into a plastic sheet as an alignment jig for a pilot bit and then used that to get my interior web holes started for the box tubing. They are worth the money but again, you kinda need to have a little bit of experience with metal cutting to appreciate these vs a twist drill."
"I blame myself because I became inpatient and increased both pressure and speed on the cutter."
"They cut really great, I always use a #30 drill bit as a guide hole, but the pilots are very sharp and two extra are included."
"I was impressed when I first opened the box - not only was the tool made in the USA, it is made 30 minutes away from me in Flint Michigan."
"The only thing i can say negative about it is that the cutter ends can be very difficult to get back off of the shank, i would much prefer to pay a little bit more and have a seperate shank for each one, then you use the same shank for the same cutter and you only have to take it off of the shank when the tool gets dull."
"Going through thin sheet metal with a hand drill, you do have to be a little careful not to push too hard, since they go through so fast."
"Step bits are pretty expensive, messy, and don't play well with thin stock on a drill press. They are ingeniously engineered so the cut outs don't get stuck in the drill body."
"I had some of the cheap "made in China" spot weld drills prior to buying this."
