"PROS AND CONS. PROS. *Heats from the top (this is also a con...see below) so you get a warm wipe quickly and always warm. *Low Maintenance. *Easy to unplug when leaving for long trips. *Like Clear View section to see how many wipes are left. *Lid Secures nicely. *Rubber around where the wipes dispense, makes it easy to start a refill without hurting your fingers and holds the next one in place really well, grips the wipe so that you can get them out. CONS. I will give you a few tricks at the end to help with some of the CONS -. *Heats from the top -- Dries out the top wipe after long period of no use (Usually over 24 hours). * Does not hold an entire refill pack of wipes. With this warmer I actually love it as long as you do a few tricks - DO NOT FILL IT SO FULL so that the lid smashes down the wipes - this means that you probably will not fit the entire refill pack in your warmer. WIPE IT DOWN - when your wipes run out - just do a quick wipe down with a paper towel of the inside - I usually only do this once a month - put I know others who do it every time they run out of wipes so they do not forget."
"Also I need to add, that aside of Munchkin wipe warmer I also own lion heart warmer and so I did have enough time and opportunities to compare these two products. The heating unit is in the lid, which means the less wipes in the warmer, the less warmed up they will be. Munchkin wipe warmer has this night light button, by pressing it I believe it will activate the light for about 10minutes or so, it goes automatically off. This cannot be for example done with Lions warmer, because the electrical part is in the bottom unit and one really has to pay attention when cleaning the unit, to make sure the water is not going get into wrong spots."

Find Best Price at Amazon"You technically *CAN* fit a full pack of wipes in the PL, but you really have to squish it down to close the lid and that makes taking out the first dozen a difficult task. (Note that "model 1" also fit a full pack, but since it didn't do the whole 1-at-a-time dispensing thing, it's not a fair comparison). I don't find it to be a big deal, but it drives her nuts - esp when 1 wipe does not properly "draw up" the next one mid-change. However, as noted above, it is very difficult to get the first dozen (or so) wipes out of the PL whereas the Munchkin is ready to go right off the bat. While this is good to keep the toddlers out of the wipes, it does require a bit of force and makes a "click" when you open and close it. For that matter, if the Munchkin is mostly empty, the few remaining wipes don't get all that warm because the heat from the top just doesn't make it down that far. ALSO, we have a plastic changing pad downstairs and we fold it up and store the wipe warmer on top of it. My Model 1 warmer browned wipes all the time until I figured out that I could just put a wet washcloth in the bottom (which acted the same as this "pillow" that comes with the PL). Side note on that--once I started using the wet washcloth, I never had problems with browning (unless I forgot to re-wet it when I added new wipes). More importantly, since it is going into the unit itself (which is sturdy) instead of a tail (which is "floppy"), you can easily grip the correct part of the plug and unplug it with 1 hand, so the opportunity/need to (incorrectly) pull on the wire is greatly diminished, so I'm hoping it doesn't come up. If it's winter and you have a small baby, he/she won't really care which you get, but will be very grateful that you are doing something to take the chill off of those wipes and will thank you by not crying (as much) during diaper changes."

"My husband always had trouble getting wipes out of the other containers that came with the wipes of all the brands we tried.
