I started using this so late after buying it because I felt three or four small, hard lumps underneath my skin on my cheek: that's how my bad pimples usually start, gathering forces under my skin and then unleashing their cultivated devastation on the surface: my skin. I would wash my face with an oil cleanser before I started, something that was part of my regular routine that had always kept my skin healthy. I have pimples in clusters on my cheeks, my temples, my jawline, pimples that have not come to a head despite this clay's claim of bringing all the gunk to the surface. I have been positive until now, believing that it was the dark before the dawn, brushing off the pimples' existence and imagining my miraculous recovery when the purging period ended and all of my pimples went away, but my skin is getting worse and the first pimples that are fading with time leave brown blemishes. I have no 'Before' pictures because my skin had one or two pimples, nothing more. My pimples, aside from being large and juicy, red and inflamed, have now also begun to flake off bits of skin. Please don't think this product is a malicious one guaranteed to destroy your skin, but if it only worsens your skin even after several weeks, past the acceptable purging period time, then be wary of it. Please, if any of you have suggestions for fixing my skin, tell me, but I will never use this product again."

"I bought it to use as a steam vaporizer for one of my cats (Zafrina) who has chronic upper respiratory problems (yes, she is under the care of a vet). The problem is that it gets very expensive to simply run a shower for 30 minutes, (not to mention horrible for the environment and my septic tank) and most steam vaporizers are huge and designed for entire rooms. I didn't need to humidify the whole house, just a very small area I could get good and steamy a couple of times a day to clear up her nasal discharge so she could smell and hopefully feel like eating. I tested the Facial Steamer setting first, before putting it in her carrier, to make sure it worked properly and didn't get too hot or do anything weird like shoot steaming geysers. I kept it on the humidifier setting for her treatment, covered the carrier with a towel so that the only open space was the bottom of the gate and let it run for 20 minutes."

The stretch is very noticeable, like you are bending your back over one of those gym balls. I bring this up because you see on the picture that shes basically just recling back. I am not sure why Kahuna decided that was a good picture because the chair actually has two more zero gravity levels after that one. The final setting leans you fair back with your feet about 4-6 inches above your heart. Sometimes the rollers just hit me wrong and it doesn't hurt per say but I wouldn't want it to stay there for long. If they just added a tiny bit more padding it would make this massage perfect. I see this chair lasting awhile if it's taken care of and not treated as a toy. While it should of been easy because there are really only a few minor steps, the screw holes did not line up. This shouldnt happen and if you aren't good with basic tools I would beware or have a friend help you set it up. So now it is much softer and gives a great massage instead of feeling like rocks going into my feet. So with that said, A small 4 dollar peice of velcro and padded fabric, and a basic file and small drill bit is all I needed to make this chair beyond perfect for the price. The chair feels great and if you are starting to get minor aches and pains from work...this will make you feel good:) I'm a police officer so wearing a vest all the time starts to wear on ya."

Con: Biggest and only con, is that there is only 15 minute sessions. I came across Nayoya and decided to give this "miracle mat" a try to see if it could help combat my back pains. - Observations: After day 1, I noticed that it took my back about 2-3 minutes to get over the initial shock of laying over plastic "spikes". Although the aftermath gave my neck a soothing feeling, the pain in the 25 minutes was way too uncomfortable and was taking away from the experience. I decided to use the mat on the floor but decided to place it on top of my thin, foam yoga mat so that I could have just enough padding so that my entire body would be comfortable but not so much that it is adding too much padding and not allowing me to get the full feel of the plastic spikes. I also decided to eliminate the pillow and instead, roll up a small throw blanket, place it under the mat, where the arch of my neck would be, and used that as my pillow so that it ended at my neck and did not go up to my head (I provided photos for reference).
