But you can get an access number in Mexico that people there can use to call you at local rates (which are unfortunately expensive, thanks to a near monopoly of Telcel, which is also owned by Tracfone's parent company America Movil). This year I've used about 1000 minutes of airtime, which I've now gotten--thanks to these discounted cards--for $75, about what most folks I know pay per month for cell service."

Next, insert tray into tool, make sure gold SIM metal contact is facing out AND the corner cut of the SIM tray is on the same side as the tool. Before making the cut, push tray fully inside the tool and hold it with the tip of your finger. Finally, smooth the edge of the nano SIM with either included sandpaper or a nail filer."

My only criticism of this product is that, since it is a PRESS, the nano SIM that comes out can be a little bit rough-around-the-edges (literally). "I saw tutorials and videos on how(and if you could) cut a sim card to make it smaller and have it still work. So being the cheapskate i am, i almost attempted cutting the sim card myself with a pair of scissors and thought. (Mine is still working).
