The Balega Ultralight are very thin and rather smaller--especially in comparison to the other models. They are both a bit thicker and larger than the Soft Tread socks, but they are comfortable and nicer for winter weather, when I tend to wear them running. I like the Soft Tread best (for running) because they are thick enough to be padded and comfortable, but I have to pull them snug on my feet so there is no room for my feet to move against the sock. I had initially only purchased the cobalt blue, but those worked out so well, I started buying them in every color I could when they were in stock. I now have all the capris below in a size small: Cobalt Blue S: Not true to color on the website. The name accurately describes them, but the photo I see on my screen appears a lot lighter. I also went on to buy some of the high waisted leggings (90 Degree By Reflex - High Waist Power Flex Legging - Tummy Control - Reflex Blue XS) and power flex leggings (90 Degree by Reflex Power Flex Yoga Pants - All Colors - XS - XL): High waisted - Reflex Blue, Black, Navy. Power flex - Watermelon, Red, Magenta, Pink Blaze. Some are definitely stretchier than others, but for the most part, the colors fit the same. I lift weights 5-6x a week and right now I’m just coming off a bulk (period of eating at a calorie surplus to put on more muscle) and I still fit into a small. So far I haven’t had any issues with these pants except for one of the seams on the D. Blue leggings starting to unravel. I would be terribly embarrassed if my pants split and revealed my pale buns. The material feels great on the skin and I might even start wearing them when I don’t go to the gym."

The set of inserts comes with the sports bra, but NOT with the camisole type. For the bras I bought, the camisole type actually fits a bit more snug and the sports bra type fits a bit looser. But if you are well endowed with a small rib cage (e.g., 32 DD or bigger) then this bra may not work for you, because if you go up more than 2 sizes, the band at the bottom may be too big. HOW I WEAR THEM - I use the camisole type when I have a low cut shirt and too much cleavage is a bit inappropriate.
