I contacted them, sent them a picture of where the sole was coming apart after only 2 months and they sent me a pair new pairs of boots without me having to spend one extra penny to even ship the old pair back to them. I'll always look to Bear Paw's shoes first in the future when I'm in the market for a new pair of boots!"
"These boots are super comfortable and plush when you first buy, but the inner sole does start to wear away after a while and it just feels flat in the shoe, not plushy and soft. I'm glad that Bearpaw decided to get rid of the metal logo hardware that they used to put on the back of the heel and the side of the boot."

I've gotten shoes before where the buckle made the shoe look cheap but it really adds to these. The shoe are pretty tight, so if you're looking for a loose look these may not be it, but personally I like shoes to be more slim. So many other over the knee had thick combat style soles and that's not really my style so I was quite happy to find these."
