The boxes themselves have little snap on pieces that snap together, so I see why people might say they come undone. So I went ahead and put my games in it and found that if you put them in going from the front of the box to the back of the box and make one big row you can fit 26 dvd's/games, but if you go from the side of the box to the other side and make two rows, you only fit 24."

Being 20-something, I've assembled and owned my fair share of cheap particle board furniture. The different parts were labeled with stickers, and the various small parts were packed in small individual zipper bags. It took a good long while to assemble (you can spend less time if you're more careful than I am, and don't screw 3 pieces on with the unfinished side out) but the process made me feel like I could confidently put a lot of weight on these shelves. I'll be going to this seller first for cheap furniture in the future."

Cons: - Shelves were designed for maximum use by CD cases, not Blu-ray or DVD (even less so for DVDs). - Excess particle board splintering inside locking cam-bolts(?). - When putting on the backing, the best place to do so is on a set of stairs (at the top, of course) so that the "foot" portion that keeps these units stable is not holding the rest of the unit in the air, creating a break hazard!"

I'll have to admit this case isn't the worst I've seen but Amazon definitely needs to rethink the overall design of this case. I mean how can my 8 year old no brand name dollar store cd cases get it right and this much more expensive newer cd case get it wrong?"
