"The OEM Samsung charger and cable worked the best for my Samsung Galaxy tab S compared to most of the aftermarket chargers (however its single port, doesn't have a folding plug and I need something for the apple) and the OEM apple charger and cable worked the best for my IPAD (again single port and I needed something for the Samsung). I compared the RAVPower 24W charger to the following brand chargers (Numerous Anker chargers, Incipio, Pawtec, Amazon Basics, Choe, Vority). It had the highest amps in charging my Samsung (~1.6-1.7) which is similar to the OEM Samsung charger and ~2.1 amps which is slightly less than the OEM Apple charger which does ~2.3-2.4 amps. The RAVpower charger also had the highest amps for charging my battery packs. So for a dual port, folding plug, and excellent build quality charger for both Android/Apple products I believe this is one of the best chargers on Amazon."

Many people don't realize that device manufacturers play games by wiring their devices and cables differently so that a charger that is designed to charge an Android device will not quickly charge an Apple device. Manufacturers like Apple, Samsung, Android devices and Chinese smart devices have different circuitry in them and if the charger doesn't match their circuitry they can charge at a slower rate.
