"While initially experiencing an issue whereby the headset was able to pair with my Win 8.1 PC, for some reason it wouldn't re-enter pairing mode (by holding down the multifunction/power button for 8 seconds) to pair with a second device. That indeed did reset the headset, and after removing both phone and PC from their Bluetooth settings, the headset easily went back into pairing mode both times, successfully pairing with both devices."
