"I have cooked with both of them and although I couldn't detect much of a difference after I cooked with them, I would be able to tell the difference if I just put them on toast. I used to cook with grass fed butter until I learned that different cooking butters and oils will oxidize and create free radicals if they are heated above their allotted temperature. This makes it a much more stable fat to cook with and it can be heated to a much higher temperature than almost all other fats/oils without compromising it (485 degrees F)."

UPDATE: I still have not repurchased because of my experience having to waste product because I could never open the lid and the last time I banged the lid too hard with a hammer and ended up with glass everywhere and in the ghee which I had to discarddd. Plant based oils high in Omega 3 fats are the healthiest oils including avocado oil which like ghee has a high smoke point."
