From my experience, the best thing to do if you buy this size is to either share it with a friend and/or do the following: I put mine in a small size glass mason jar with a lid and store it in the fridge (or even freezer, either way). You can play with the concentration (some people like less, I prefer mine stronger), drink it 'just like that' or put all kinds of enhancements in: sweeteners (I don't use white sugar, prefer stevia, xylitol or coconut sugar), "whiteners" (half and half, rice milk, almond milk etc."

Hanging my head in shame, I accepted that some things would come in time, and used a pair of safety scissors - the only type my infantile self was allowed to handle - to open the bag and access the heavenly aromas within. The milk granted my coffee a grey pallor, indeed as though the skull and crossbones from the packaging were attempting to form inside my cup; the sugar either dissolved totally or was completely erased from this physical plane, I am still not certain. "I was looking on Amazon to see if they made something bigger than the smaller package I usually get, because I go through it quickly and it's not a very good deal. I was concerned because it wasn't the usual stuff I get, however it does say Ghirardelli... and it does say cocoa... so I figured what the hell why not try it. Including the terribly over-rated Starbucks hot chocolate (which by the way, is literally disgusting). I usually put some milk in a cup, microwave it to get it warm (about 1:30 in case you were wondering - don't wanna get it boiling), then eyeball a couple teaspoons of this stuff. It does take a minute to stir up completely, but there aren't any chunks of hot chocolate at the bottom of the cup."
