You may have some whip cream leftover and you can use it on hot chocolate or on other desserts. Sweet Whipped Cream Filling. 1 cup heavy whipping cream. 1 packet Dr. Oetker whip cream stabilizer. 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar. ½ teaspoon vanilla. Choux Pastry. ½ cup all-purpose flour. Pinch salt. ½ cup water. ¼ cup butter. 2 large eggs. Chocolate Icing. 1 tablespoon salted butter. 1 ounce Nestlé ® semi-sweet chocolate morsels. ½ cup confectioners' sugar. 1 tablespoon whole milk. ½ teaspoon vanilla. Tiny amount of half-and-half if needed. 1. Sweetened Whip Cream: In a medium deep bowl, whip cream with beater until almost whipped, a few minutes. Add in whip cream stabilizer and beat until incorporated. When pastries are done set them on a cooling rack and use a scissors to cut each open all the way around so that they can be filled with cream. Chocolate Icing: In the meantime make the chocolate icing by melting butter and chocolate in the microwave for one minute. Stir well to blend the chocolate and butter then stir in confectioners' sugar. Now fill with sweetened whip cream and fill pastries so they are full but not overflowing."
