Find Best Price at Amazon"At the beginning, we tried out the medium ring on myself and although it was a good fit, it was a bit loose and I could escape it by pulling shaft out (however, although genitals are small, they were securely in there still). From past experience of being locked in the resin based one, that is quite super popular, it was difficult to clean after merely peeing. I'd pretty much have to shower and use the head nozzle to direct water in there, so it was quite the hassle due to being locked for lengthy period of times. With wearing small/snug fit boyshorts based briefs, even if you have a larger package that'll be tugged at, that'll keep things in place. I wouldn't go too tight, or too small of a ring since it could cut off circulation, or bring discomfort if you do "grow in size" down the road, and then it'll be a circle of intense pressure around your entire area, no good. Additionally, when the cage is on, due to the style of it pointing downwards (which is GOOD), it'll go downwards on your genitals to essentially "lock them in" and secure your entire package. It's comfortable, concealed, doesn't hurt to "grow" occasionally, and is a deep sense of being locked due to the brutal steel."
