"I bought some conductivity gel just in case it loses contact after the pads are getting old but I don't see that I will ever use it now. It also is very easy to buy cheap sets of replacement pads for this unit. The pain that I live with on a constant level is moderate to severe and I refuse to take opiates on a regular basis. I get so much relief that hours later I'm still pleased that my pain level is low to moderate. When I use this on my neck or lower back and I walk or stretch very slightly... my spine will pop which means that trapped bursa is released and relief floods through my whole body and I get relaxation that I never can get without the unit. I was struggling to no avail to "pop" my back and neck to get relief from the pressure pain. I bought this unit on the advice of my orthopedic surgeon that did my shoulder surgery.
