Find Best Price at Amazon"I progressed to the point that I had to wake up and put drops in the corners of my eyes while still shut to allow the solution to trickle into my eyes before opening them. If I did not use this process, my eyelids would stick to my eye so much that it would tear my eye lenses on occasion. Having said this, the length of relief time easily extends over two times the time of relief of the next best options I've found. So for me, the degree, time of relief (easily over two times longer), quality of vision after applying, and convenience of not having to fumble around my nightstand with my eyes shut to remoisten my eyes are a much better trade off. If your dry eye is not as extreme, you may find the Systane Ultra, AMO Blink, or Bausch & Lomb Soothe great alternatives. However, they rank a good way behind Retaine MGD for treating extreme dry eye in my opinion."
