However, the Nidra has a flaw: Although they all have the same length band, the elastic on the Nidra band has a bit more tension than the Bedtime Bliss or the Earth Therapeutics masks, which means that it is too tight on my fat head. The Nidra mask is about 3/4 inch or 2cm wider across the eyes than the Bedtime Bliss mask. If you have a small or narrow face, you may want to try the Bedtime Bliss mask first. As far as light blocking and comfort go, both the Nidra and the Bedtime Bliss do a good job."
