"Portability: Who knew you could assemble a box spring instead of lugging around a 50+ pound bulky wooden frame? Please ignore any reviewer of this product who said it was too difficult to assemble, took too long, or had confusing instructions, they are either lazy or completely incompetent. After having moved sofas and tables and desks and lamps into my apartment, it was MAGICAL to have something normally so bulky arrive and take pretty much zero work to set up. Many of the negative reviews I read mentioned that it was too firm, firmer than they were expecting. See the con section below for more on that, but given all of the complaints about the firmness I was pleasantly surprised with the softness of it. Also, unlike Temperpedic, this mattress doesn't trap all of your body heat! Now I don't know this first hand, but I have heard that there's really not much you can expect in the way of customer service from this company. So I'd suggest trying out a bunch of mattresses, making sure that you're okay with something like this, I would say softer than a firm pillowtop, but firmer than a high density memory foam mattress like Temperpedic. Generally speaking with mattresses you get what you pay for, but I would say this is a really good deal."

I wake up a million times a night with pains in my head, my neck, my back, my hips, my legs, literally everywhere. She brought it up to me one day that her hip and lower back were killing her since sleeping on the mattress in the guest room- even though it is a pretty expensive pillow-top brand. I'm not pain free - because, well, it's gonna take a lot of time to undo that kind of damage. 3) I was so desperate to use it that I didn't even wait the full 48 hours as suggested but it seemed to be super plump straight out of the box. 4) It fit absolutely perfectly across my king-sized bed. 5) It appears to be of durable quality unlike some toppers I have seen or used in the past that easily shred or discolored. "A full container isn't that heavy, about 13.5 lbs, to carry with the single handle and to dump. I have a very large basement that had a high humidity of 60-70% or so it would fill the 13.1 container pints within the day, 12-24 hours. It works best in warmer weather (70's) which is when the humidity is high and mold can grow, warm and moist. I used the bucket for about 2 weeks to try it out and then I switched to the continuous drain tube which I connected a piece of clear vinyl tube (1 1/4 inch outer dia, 1 inch inner dia) from Home Depot which I connected to a "T" connector that I installed on my A/C condensation line that runs outside."

"The humidity sensor must be placed in the reservoir, because as soon as the fan clicks off, the humidity readout immediately starts climbing quickly. The poor sensor placement in the design makes the unit think it is 55% when it truly isn't. So it will click off at 45, then 10 min later it thinks its 55, the unit will click on, and immediately when the air flow is resumed, the sensor sees that its not as high as it thought, and you'll see the readout drop quickly back down. This unit could actually use a ton less energy if the sensor was placed in a location to get more accurate readings (maybe in a isolated chamber with vents directly outside of the unit, instead of INside the unit where all the water is collecting?)."
