"It's made out of resign which isn't exactly a heavy duty material. The 6 piece nativity: besides Joseph's staff, and the overall fragileness of the pieces, everything DOES seem to be well made. The 3 wise men: What nativity is complete without these? Wether it was the added texture to their dresses or overall movement. They look angelic (no pun intended) and add great height and movement to the piece. She, or he, depending how you look at it, is a little more bigger than i would of liked but i couldn't pass her up either. Being Italian, and a huge lover of history, this was a piece i just could not pass up. This nativity is addicting, and was easy to want to buy all the pieces (i pretty much did!)."
"My niece recently moved into her own place, and this Willow Tree Navity basic set was the perfect "house warming" gift to help decorate her new place for the holidays! March 2015 Update: I've bought two more of these sets since my original purchase... this has become "Aunt Mary's" traditional house warming gift, having been given to another niece and a nephew beginning their lives on their own - it makes me feel good knowing that they each have such a gorgeous, basic nativity set for the celebration of their first Christmases in their new homes, on which they can build with all of the other available figurines!"
