Reviews
"Well, this oil sunk into both of those boards really quickly, and I kept applying every hour or so until it finally slowed down, then I let them both sit overnight."
"I bought this mineral oil in hopes to bring life back to the crate and barrel utensils that we had in the kitchen. I gather than the utensils get used in pasta water and various other food products which probably attributes to the fading."
"I used this on my new and an old wood cutting boards as recommended by the maker of my new board."
"Nice product but a little expensive in comparison to what you get at a kitchen supply store."
"I had to use a mason jar to store the oil safely since I didn't have a random cap that fit the bottle."
"This is a great, bare bones product that keeps your board hydrated with routine use."
"Have not had any problems with the new bottle."
"Wanted something to put on my seasoned cast iron pans between uses."

"One thing to note, however, is that, yes, the oil does change the color of the wood (think, oil blot on paper), but there is some yellow tinging from the waxes -- it's a good look on the wood, but anyone who says this doesn't impart a color might be mistaken. I've attached a couple photos with this review, that shows most of the tops I've done -- including a before/after to show the color change. It's particularly helpful when doing multiple coats as a fresh rag tends to catch on the wood surface the first couple of times."
"Best butcher block conditioner I have used."
"The thing I love about this is that any scratches or nicks pretty much disappear when I apply this stuff AND I can re-apply any time, no sanding or other treatment needed."
"This product worked wonders on this abused butcher block island and really pulled out the beauty in the grain."
"I applied several coats and now the wood is refreshed and the wood is laying flat ands smooth again."
"I found after several treatments that the butcher block repels water drops."
"Well, the first thing I did was to try to warm up this very viscous liquid (has carnuba wax in it as well) and immediately found that heating in stove-heated water was not the thing to do with the bottle."
"Fill them up with oil, otherwise they'll absorb water and other liquids which can cause cracking and other damage."

"I use mineral oil to polish my stainless steel appliances and it leaves them streak free and shiny without any stickiness. It didn't smoke or discolor: the cast iron just sucked it up and brought my tired pans back to life."
"I have been scraping and scraping trying to remove the glue residue left from tile flooring (believe it or not that was on my very old kitchen walls) and nothing worked. I did let it sit for about 35-40 minutes before trying to scrape it off but once I started scraping, the nasty stuff came right off."
"Inve got 5 portable cutting boards and 1 island with a cutting board top and living in Santa Fe, New Mexico they dry out quickly."
"Nice product, used it on my cutting boards, went on easily with a paper towel."
"Comparably, this is the best bang for you buck (largest size for its price)."
"Super pure."
"My cutting board and wooden spoons, wooden handles look great, but the oil is hard to pour without dripping down the side of the bottle."
"Using this to treat soapstone countertops."

"I used this on my grandma's antique dresser to get rid of some water marks, and was absolutely shocked and thrilled at the same time!"
"My wife and I were getting tired of looking at our worn out cabinets and wood paneling and were very close to paying a professional thousands of dollars to refinish it all, but then we came across this product. This stuff was like a magic eraser for water spots, scratches, scuffs, and any other blemish."
"I bought 2 16oz bottles and one bottle was just enough to wax around 600 sq ft. Pictured are some before and after of the high traffic areas."
"The picture speaks for itself."
"I was very skeptical, because I have tried many different products on my dull wood work."
"So I got on Amazon and looked up 'condition wood floors'. This is what came up as top rated, ordered two bottles used one. In the past I have used other waxes and the floors would normally absorbed the product...look fine for less than 24 hours then, they would be back to looking dehydrated."
"Its not just for furniture and large pieces, I have lots of wooden picture framed art, sculptures and kick knacks."
"This stuff is wonderful!"
