Find Best Price at Amazon"We purposely put the bottom shelf up pretty high (since it's next to our front door in the open floor plan apartment) so we could put rain or snow boots on a rug in front of a fan to dry out overnight every night. Both of these shelving racks have been strapped to the wall with anti-tip brackets not only to prevent a child or toddler from knocking them over but also because we don't have them the long way against the walls to either side of our front door- we have them the short way making an almost hallway when you come in and I could see even a clutsy adult knocking a rack over. Regardless, the manufacturer says to put heavier items on the bottom and light items on the top but that wouldn't have worked out for us. This rack is only a couple inches shorter than me and with the amount of stuff we have on either of them it would probably kill me if it tipped over on me."
"I uploaded 3 pics which will hopefully be accepted for publishing. The supplied casters have a plastic body and a metal 1/4-20 threaded stem. I don't know if we can name other businesses, but at the big box store with orange logo, you can find, in packages containing 2 casters, new 2" casters that are metal framed and have a 5/16-18 threaded stem. POSSIBLE solution #3 Metal casters with threaded stems come predominately with 3/8-16 threads. I still am not sure, but think it might be possible to open up the original threaded hole a little more that I did with the 9/32" drill bit and go larger so as to tap for 3/8-16 threads common on casters big box stores carry."

"The trick is to snap them together with the slightly narrow end facing up so when you slide the shelf down over them, the weight of the shelf holds the clips in place. If you do it wrong (or if you want to change the height of the shelves), it's very simple to tap the shelf up from the bottom (you don't need a hammer or rubber mallet, you can use a shoe, a book, your hand, or an old dried heel of bread)."
