This is a wonderful book and it has all the information you need to start using essential oils, it is easy to understand and has treatments for everything and i purchased this book because it is highly recommended and there is much to read here and I haven't read it in its entirety yet but what I have read has been very interesting and helpful and i have tried a couple of the recipes for hand cream and face cream and the basic hand cream called for bees wax, which I used but found this made the hand cream more solid than I liked so next time I will either use less than suggested or omit it and the face cream turned out fine and is working well for me and i think as I learn more I will tweak some of the recipes and i will use this book often for reference.
