"2) When putting the new drum head on, line up all of the lugs, and when you do the half turn backward, it helps to push down a little on the TT so that the lugs stay in the holes. 4) If you feel tension while starting to turn the lugs down, stop and start over again. 5) Once I start tuning the lugs down, I go around a couple times, and then check to make sure all the lugs are threading in the holes."
