"My only slight drawback that I can see is that the glowing light shows light blue when charged, green when charging, and dark blue when ready to charge, which to me is completely backwards and doesn't make sense to what the case is with most electronics (green is fully charged, red is charging, and blue is standby ready to charge). The charger at times will turn off and back on when receiving notifications on the phone for some reason, and the charger will momentarily flash different colors when the phone hits 100 percent, even though the phone isn't fully charged yet, then go back to green until it is fully charged."

Each joint has a large push button (looks grey on the photo), that has angle measurements printed on them. If using on a desk, might need to put rubber on bottom of legs to keep it from sliding. Unfortunately, you cannot use this stand at an angle (depicted in my first photo) as the keyboard will slide down and sit against the metal lip. The keyboard has rubber feet, but it is just a little too far apart to make contact on the metal surface. I suppose if you put a rubber sticky thing underneath, it will work just fine."

I'm not sure how much the charcoal filter helps, but my main concern was odor when the can is closed, and for that purpose it works perfectly! I called in thinking they were going to want me to send in the lid, but they surprised me by saying their policy had changed and I just had to pay a $9.95 service/shipping and handling fee and a new lid would be sent out. Since it would cost more than that to just ship the original lid in to them I had no issue paying the fee."
"Sounds pretty basic, but it IS holding garbage, and you would be amazed (or not) by the amount of crud that can get on the underside of the lid, and, possibly, inside. So, if it starts to act like its being used by poltergeists, then clean it thoroughly per the directions, especially the contacts in the battery housing and ESPECIALLY the sensor on the front. If simple cleaning doesn't work, I take some silicone lubricant and spray it into the gaps around the two buttons on the front, letting it soak down inside."
"It did not, so I turned to the warranty just to learn that you have to pay postage for the product in both directions and something they call, "warranty fees" which depend on where you live. I had some doubts since the warranty included with the original product was pretty clear (attached). I still feel it should not have failed in such short period of time and there still is a question as to what is their warranty as my replacement is not consistent with the warranty provided with the original product."
