"It doesn't have all the adjustments that high end ergonomic chairs feature, but it works well enough to get it comfortable to sit in. It's not bad by any means and extended use is really just fine, but I'm not exactly writing letters home about how comfortable the chair is. Sometimes I've noticed clear signs of ergonomic issues in my legs, like them falling asleep, and I know I need to get up and move around. I offer up 4 stars...big value for the price, decent comfort and a good quality product."

"seat is 19" deep from back to front, Back Height from seat is 26" to top (Will be a little more height when sat on) but this being said the top of my head is just perfectly at the top of the head rest height. No tools needed (Tool is included), Arm rests Height Perfect, Cons: The Back is only held together by the arm rests, This I find very odd but possibly normal to all chairs. If you rock the chair back and forth you can feel the back flexing (This I believe to be why others have claimed the chair squeaks and makes noise while tilting back)."

"I needed an office chair and I wasn't willing nor was I capable of affording a Herman Miller, or a Steelcase, and so on. Rather than buying the cheapest generic chair from some generic Chinese company, it was appealing that a company that I have found to be reliable had their own to offer. A booklet is included with very clear instructions and the hardware is separated and labeled in plastic bags; very well executed. I thought I did something wrong so I took it apart and put it back together for no reason, delaying the assembly process (I might have OCD). Comfort/Functionality: The seat cushion is very thick and firm, it's probably my favorite thing about this chair. I'm guessing they did this so that the chair could easily be pushed into the desk without clearance issue."
"Whomever packaged the parts and wrote the assembly instruction booklet couldn't have made it more clear and easy. I find the fixed arms to be about an inch too low, but if I am just sitting back, relaxing in the chair, my wrists rest on the armrest and it's better than nothing. Because the seat is rounded in the front and not perfectly flat, it makes measuring the height difficult. I placed a thin piece of cardboard on the seat, then a quart sized paint can on top so it wasn't floating. (Sorry if they are sideways...they are the correct way on my computer and nothing I did uploaded them right side up on Amazon.). Note many reviewers complained that during assembly of the back rest to the seat cushion, the metal back bar frame overlapped the seat plate."

"Meaning the nuts are on the back and/or the bottom and the L brackets are on the top or front. Therefore when you sit or lean back all of the weight holding ability is bearing on the NUTS rather than on the brackets. Likewise on the back I put the nuts on the front and the L bracket on the back."

Guest chairs are NOT cheap and I came so close to not buying these because of all these invalid negative reviews. VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive your chair lay everything out and dry fit everything together. Once all bolts are hand threaded go ahead and shift the chair around until everything lines up perfectly. If you over tighten you will bend the metal and the chair will not sit straight."
