"They supply a "toy"wrench but you will not be able to fully tighten the bolts using it. Do NOT tighten the 3 base bolts as suggested until completing step 4. The instructions say " remove the four small bolts and loch washers from the head assembly." St you want to add a washer from shrink pak to each of the 4 bolts. Make sure you use two wrenches and that you tighten the hose bolt tightly to the regular. it says in the instructions to turn the dial between high and low, then to press ignition. Hold the black dial in for 20 to 30 seconds to heat the thermo coupler which is required to keep it running on its own. After 20 to 30 seconds release the black dial and now turn it to the desired temp between HIGH and LOW."

A poker - Someone mention in another review the poker was too short. It is just a small hook with a handle used for taking the cover on and off without having to touch it with your hand. A nice three foot section of a tree branch works pretty good as a poker, but it wouldn't hurt to get a poker for it."

After addressing the easy assembly, there is not a lot left to be said other than it's sturdy and once hardware is tightened, the rack does not move. A previous reviewer mentioned a helpful fact concerning the length of the sticks you place on the rack. But, as the other reviewer noted, placing a run of plywood or suitable base on the bottom prior to loading short wood will take care of that little problem."
"My solution was to get a 4'x8' sheet of plywood, quarter it, drill mounting holes and zip-tie the pieces to the bottom bars to create a 2'-wide platform. It worked beautifully, giving me loads of room to stack wood on a larger platform. The first rack that I bought is covered in a waterproof tarp that is secured with bungee cords and Velcro straps, which works great, and I'm not at all worried about actually using it. There is some sagging in the middle when you remove wood, which you also would expect, especially when it rains and water sits on the cover. However, this makes me nervous about the cover coming into contact with the wood and getting a tear from some un-smooth part of the pile."

Then there's an adapter to connect the pipe thread end to a hose thread end, and then a quick-connect fitting to the shutoff valve and hose. Some Teflon tape keeps the threaded fittings watertight. Of course the fitting on the opposite end seals the pipe closed so water only comes out the misting nozzles. Apache 99000322 1/2" x 260' Spool of Teflon Thread Seal Tape. My nozzles are evenly spaced about a foot apart. I used the Greenlee DTAP10-24 Combination Drill and Tap Bit, 10-24NC to make the threaded holes for the little nozzles. You need to make little holes in the pipe, then gently, gently tap some threads in those little holes. This bit makes the little hole and then cuts screw threads in the side of each hole."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Vinegar, just remove the heads and soak then in a little straight vinegar then use a small bristle brush like a toothbrush or nail brush rinse them off and replace them in the mister tubing and they should be like brand new. I do recommend taking them indoors at the end of summer so that the tubing will last longer since it really wouldn't hurt the brass heads, of course if there's water in them there is a possibility of them freezing and splitting so better safe than sorry!!"
