I had to contact the company about it, and I'm currently in the process of waiting for replacement parts to arrive. They do look thin, but nothing that a visit to your local stores couldn't change: Walmart, Target all the way to Pier One, they sell cushions with the size that fits these chairs. I will recommend this product for its look, affordable price, quality, and the company's customer service."

Nice touch by the way since then you could have four people each assemble a piece to be done in 15 minutes. The directions were easy to understand and WAY easier than Ikea. I was very pleased that all the pieces arrived in perfect condition and I thought whoever thought to hang the bag of instructions and hardware by a ribbon in the box to make it easy to find is brilliant."

Some pieces, the tables especially, seem like they don't line up at all - be patient and tighten everything a little bit at a time and I promise even the middle screws will fit eventually. It's all a little lower than I realized so if you have dogs don't expect to leave plates of food on the coffee tables!"
