So I can't order parts, and they outsource any part ordering to another company that doesn't have any record of the model number. In my opinion if you sell a product then outsource your parts support and the company you outsource to doesn't have repair parts, then you should not be selling your product anywhere since it cannot be fixed."

"Initial thoughts: I ordered this product with three other items, including a gallon of car wash soap, and everything arrived on time and satisfactorily packaged via Amazon Prime. The white plastic bottle is translucent - you can see colors inside it but you cannot see through it completely - and feels sturdy like a laundry detergent bottle. The parts that should be metal for durability are metal, and the parts that should be plastic for simplicity (and weight-savings) are plastic. Modification to device: As I mentioned above, the black plastic exit nozzle which controls the spray pattern has very little friction and would change positions (rotate) in handling the device while inspecting it. I installed the included clear pick-up tube on the device with the existing curve placing the pickup toward the exit of the nozzle, figuring I would be aiming the wand forward and down. I removed the high-pressure nozzle from the end of my wand and installed the new device with a satisfactory *snick* sound. After starting the pressure washer and letting it run for a moment, I stood back, aimed the wand and pulled the trigger. By about the 5th on-and-off squeeze of the wand's handle it finally happened. This product performed well, cost significantly less than its competitors, allowed for some slight modification to perform to my taste, and actually helped me enjoy the chore of washing a small SUV. Find Best Price at Amazon"First, the product DOES WORK with a SUN JOE SPX3000 pressure washer, however there are some modifications needed, which I will cover in this review. It's made of substandard aluminum with some el cheapo spray on plating to give it a BRASS color. How soft, so soft that when I put a wrench on it to tighten it, it flattened the threads on the outside and removed the faux brass plating spray (see pics for the shiny silver spot on the faux brass plating). Connect the faux brass female adapter to the Sun Joe, connect the faux brass male connector (the male connector "without" the black rubber piece....remember I said you're only using 2 of the 3 pieces that come with it, meaning you're NOT using the faux brass connector with the rubber trim (remember to use plumbers tape on both items your installing to help create a water tight seal though since so many folks complain that it leaks. After spending about 5 mins on the phone, they did refund me the price of this item and told me to "keep it" vice sending it back to the company, which I thought was weird. As I stated above, I WOULD NOT order this again and will be looking for a solid brass version soon to replace this once as I'm sure it's not gonna last more than 1-2 more uses."
