"I bought this recently because I live in a high rise condo and must take my dog down the elevator and out through the garage to find "pottying areas." My dog Leo, a 12 yr. old Shih-Tzu/Maltese at about 14 pounds, was faltering while walking either because of the snow or melting salts. Several women in my building were using pet strollers and I thought they were silly to indulge their animals."
"The only thing that has changed since my original review is that I usually leave the canopy up now, and clip Nigel's collar to the strap inside the stroller. We now return you to our regularly scheduled review... ===================. When the weather is nice, we love to take our dog for walks. There are also net sections in the top and rear so he can look back and see me and I can see in to keep an eye on him and make sure he is riding comfortably. Even better, the basket underneath is great for stashing stuff we take along (e.g., leash, poop scoopers) or things we pick up on the way (e.g., the mail). I would recommend getting a pillow or blanket or something as a cushion, as the bottom of the stroller compartment is stiff and hard. I think if a pet is on the upper end of that 25-pound weight limit the stroller might not be completely stable on uneven surfaces, but haven't tested it out with a larger dog. I haven't done that because Nigel isn't a flight risk, although I do keep the canopy closed so he can't get excited and jump out of the stroller."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I'll put a pro/con summary first for those who prefer the short & sweet: PROS: - my dog is already obsessed with it. - assembly was - to my shock & relief - a complete breeze. - folds/unfolds very easily, locks into place sturdily. - excellent height, convenient for pushing. - rolls noiselessly & smoothly. - very useful storage space for drinks, phone, cargo, etc. - LOTS of room for animals, could easily hold 2 small-ish dogs. - very sturdy base provides support for pet, with pad on top to keep them comfy. - pet area is securely enclosed with a number of possible openings to make getting them in/out easy. - purple version is true to colour in product photos (photo is completely identical to what I received). CONS: - none, really. - I guess inflatable rubber wheels might be better than the plastic ones, but these work just fine. I purchased the purple version of this stroller mainly for use with my small (10 - 12 or so lbs. I mainly wanted something that would facilitate bringing my pup along with me to places like street fairs where, being small, he usually is at risk of getting trampled underfoot unless he's carried. The frame is conveniently lightweight but feels extremely sturdy, and the motion while rolling it around is completely fluid & even, with or without a wiggly pet inside. It is a strong woven plastic fabric material that is great in that it doesn't tend to absorb much moisture, making for easy cleanup. I would still not want to try rolling it through any fields of rosebushes, but I am confident it will have no problems holding up to normal wear, especially since the parts where my dog's claws will come into contact (i.e. the bottom) are thoroughly reinforced. Now, my dog is well-behaved and does not try to nudge the zips open, so I can't say for certain that a determined escape artist would not be able to, but the stroller I received seems to enclose my pup securely. I've read other reviews which suggested pets would be able to escape supposed gaps where the handles attach to the fabric, but there are no holes so sizeable in mine. If you were transporting tiny yet agile ninja kittens it might be an issue, in which case the gap would not be hard to close that up, or simply to attach the included leash clip to your pet."
"Opened it up like any standard baby stroller and boom it was ready to go. Granted my Chihuahua is only 11 pounds, but l think it's a very accurate product picture of how it is with the two dogs in it. The top can fold back , but when fully up there is a little window that she can see through and see me when I am pushing it. There is a two cup holder and a nice roomy little compartment that can hold things. The only con is that it took me a minute to get it to zip but once I got it attached it was good to go."

The biggest plus is that not only can a cat sit up in this carrier, both of our cats fit comfortably in it with plenty of room to move around. The cats stayed in the carrier for the majority of the trip to Minnesota, but I think that had to do with them feeling more comfortable in the carrier than out in the open car since we would leave the carrier open at home and let them explore as they wanted. Once our kitten had reached adult size, we bought another one of these carriers and currently use both when traveling or taking the cats to the vet. We could probably manage to use one carrier for both cats when making short trips, the vet's office for example, but the carrier can get quite heavy and hard to carry with two cats inside."

Then came Remy (the big guy), I packed him in and secured them both to the hook inside, closed the mesh zipper and rolled back the plastic window to ensure air flow. But I know he likes the wind in his hair so I tried to calm him down by walking the bike around in our driveway, it still wasn't working! (in my crazy dog voice) they put their bat ears up and tilt their heads to the side as if to say, "like now, right now mama, let's go!" So now we first go for a walk to get them tired and so they get their exercise, then we go for a ride so I can get my workout and boy let me tell you after carting these two meatballs full of muscle around, my legs are j.e.l.l.o, but l love it and so do they! As for the actual construction of the trailer, it's well made, nylon strong, the netting held up the first time I put Remy in since he was trying to get out by pushing on it with his long nails."
