Photos six and seven show the brass attachment and then the Python green attachment attached to the stationary tub hose. If you trying to attach the Python to the hose from which you removed a center spray handle, you are going to need to buy another brass adaptor to connect the green Python attachment to the hose. If you're not going to attach the Python to a sprayer hose-type connection either at your kitchen sink or stationary tub, just make sure you have a faucet that has an aerator that can be unscrewed from the faucet. I have attached photos of the stationary tub that we were trying to attach the Python brass adapter to with no success. The diameter of the brass Python attachment is too big to screw into the attachment on the stationary tub hose."
"I had a 10 gallon tank and was using the siphon and bucket for water changes. I upgraded to a 36 gallon tank and when I tried to fill it up with the bucket it was a lot of effort and mess on the floor. So i went back to siphon and bucket for the water change as I could not risk the fish to die. As I noted earlier about my lack of handy man skills, I was waiting for the call back from Phython to guide me. In the mean time i had ordered the snap connector thinking it would help me with fixing it to the faucet. There they helped me and said that the brass adapter that i have from Phyton would work with my faucet and I did not need anything extra. Back home there was success in fixing the adapter to the faucet and i was able to get water out of the tank. This time I removed the washers from the brass adapter and started with less pressure from the faucet."

Now the Cons: - The separate area at the rear for the filter is very narrow, and the horizontal supports have sharp edges; it's impossible to clean by hand back there. - The glass cover leaves tiny gaps in the front corners and the length of the back wall, which may allow small, crafty critters to escape, so be aware. Also, the black plastic cover for the filter area is flimsy and it doesn't leave much room for cords."

The filter caddy and pump are nicely hidden in the rear compartment and there is just enough room to squeeze a small submersible heater as well (not included). A 3" wide filter caddy sits in the rear compartment and reroutes flow from the inlet to the pump on the left side.
