At home, I only use my TCL Roku TV which includes a BOD app. Using BOD, I have completed many 4-month p90x3 sessions, one Insanity, a bunch of the Goga Studio workouts, altbough p90x3 YogaX is my go-to favorite, and I am now two weeks into my 4th straight month of doing Corps de Force, mixed with at least one p90x3 The Challenge so I do not lose my ability to do pullups. I have also tried a bunch of the daily challenge workouts, which lead me to try Insanity and Corps de Force. In every case, I print out and follow the daily calendars that Beachbody publishes. To be fair to Beachbody, this is the first program she has continued to use for two years now, albeit inconsistent."
