Since this jack wheel rolls over concrete or asphalt much more easily than the smaller dual wheels, you might want to make sure the trailer wheels are well chocked before leaving the trailer uncoupled or unattended, even on level ground. This instruction sheet is identical to the instructions for a jack I installed 15 years ago when I bought the boat trailer."
