"It had to go back- these devices are essentially an extension of the pin at the top of the cylinder that releases the gas- on this one, the prt that goes over the canister pin has a hole in it for the thread- I couldn't get it to work and then realized the canister pin was going INSIDE the hole, and not being depressed- I checked this out by putting a tiny screw in the hole, and it worked- unfortunately the screw didn't stay in place and I was afraid it would distort the canister pin."

"It does require a bit of fiddling to get it adjusted properly, but once adjusted you don't need to mess with it when you swap bottles. Only very minor issue is that a SodaStream bottle is 13 or 14 oz, slightly bigger, so it lasts slightly longer."
