"I had to mount them raked to the rear and further up to get the correct eye relief for me when the stock slide was back to full extension. Others have said in their reviews that they had issues with rail mounts on the same S&W M&P but a proper rail mount should be very snug and the manual points out one for front and one for rear, not either or and since mine slid from the back rail to the first of the barrel This might be the issue especially when you consider I reverse mounted mine with no issues after trying the other ways. I feel good rail mounts should not require loctite especially Mil Spec.."
