The tag on the pillow, shown in a picture, also doesn't say anything about care so I'd say that it's probably or more than likely not machine washable. It's firm enough that it doesn't give a lot but soft enough that I'm not leaning against a brick and it will also fluff right back up once the pressure is taken off of it."
