Find Best Price at Amazon"They're not velcro, you have to slip them on over your foot so taking them on & off all day wearing lace up sneakers wouldn't be practical. They provide SUCH great COMFORT & have made my job easier! FYI, they're snug & secure so they won't fall, but for that reason, they can feel a little tight after several hrs (they won't feel tight if you're only wearing them for an hour or so) if you'd be wearing them all day, I strongly suggest that you do what I do and push them down to your ankles when you know you won't be kneeling for a while. If you are a cleaner & stand all day (or are about to start a job as a cleaner) then I strongly recommend wearing compression socks to help prevent blood-pooling, swelling, and leg pain & heaviness. I hope this is helpful to my fellow housekeepers!"
