The case I was using for my New 3DS XL was a little snug with the shell case I used on my device and only had enough room for the New 3DS XL and maybe a cable. The case offers enough room for the New 3DS XL to sit comfortably with Tomee XL Crystal case attached. The fit is a bit tight but it did fit with the Tomee Crystal case and might offer a little more protection in the case."
