"A It is a nice vinyl statue with a place to snap ... your GBA for storage (instead of laying it on the table) thus can help to prevent scratching."

"these games are some old school faves from a handheld system that didnt get much attention from anyone else but me lol but i appreciate you guys giving me the opportunity to play and enjoy these great games from my child hood again!"
"These were two games that defined 16-bit platforming for me, in addition to Super Mario World on the competing home console. As someone who bought a Dreamcast on day one, I was blown away with Sonic Adventure, as it was an amazing new Sonic game to show off the horsepower of the Dreamcast, but I still wanted a new classic 2D Sonic. I wouldn't find out about the existence of the Neo Geo Pocket Color until late 2000, which I came across hanging on an endcap at Service Merchandise, and it was bundled in a clamshell case with 6 games."
"While the game does scream "rehash", it's not a remake of a Genesis Sonic game, and it fares much better than the more recent Sonic 4 ever does, mostly due to the fact that the classic high-speed platforming (Complete with the Spin Dash move) is extremely top-notch and fun, with the physics being spot-on. Like I said, the new level designs and bosses show that the game isn't a remake, but rather its own game."
"When I first bought my Neo Geo, this was one of the games I was definetly going to buy. It takes levels from the Genesis/Mega Drive Sonic games 1, 2 and Sonic and Knuckles, with music from Sonic 3 and the "Sonic World" section on Sonic Jam on the Sega Saturn. If you have a Neo Geo Pocket, and don't already own this game, Buy it! Definetly the best two games on the Neo Geo Pocket at this time."

Best NEOGEO Pocket Consoles

Neo-Geo Pocket Color
The 16-bit graphics are crystal clear--making it easy to tell the difference between humans and animals, friends and foes, and walls and doors--and easily viewed in both bright and dim lighting. The 16-bit graphics are crystal clear--making it easy to tell the difference between humans and animals, friends and foes, and walls and doors--and easily viewed in both bright and dim lighting. The only drawback is that NEOGEO is new and, therefore, playing catch-up to Nintendo's well-stocked list of titles, which boasts A-list offerings such as Super Mario Brothers , Pokémon Pinball , and Tetris . Better graphics than other portable players Very good visibility in bright sun and dim light Variety of fun colors. Cons: No Pokémon titles yet Response of the joystick isn't the best on games (such as Crush Roller ) that require sharp, quick turns.

"There were not many games put out for this system but it was before its time when it came out. The sound is good for the size of the system and can be loud."
"the reason why i bought the neo geo pocket color game system is because it is by far better to see, and play the games with, than the watara game system, wich is of very poor quality."
"Since I'm reviewing the system as a whole, I'll try not to go into detail about individual games too much, but rather give you reasons to buy this system and which games you should look into. I got my NGPC a little late in the game (about 3 years ago), but I have to say that since then, I've played it more than most other handhelds...even to this day (with only my DS rivaling it at the moment). I now have about 20 games total, including a few rare ones and not a single one of them is bad (which is a lot more than I can say for some of my GBA and PSP games). You have to understand that the NGPC was going up against the Game Boy Color, and the NGPC looks a LOT better than the GBC ever did in all respects. And finally 4), The small library of games is a little bit of a let down, but the difference between the GB which has TONS of games and the NGPC which has few is that nearly all NGPC games are GOOD GAMES. Sure, the NGPC has it's share of poor titles, all systems do, but the percentage of good games vastly outweighs the bad. If you've been a fighting fan, you should know that up until recently, handheld fighters have been pretty poor compared to their original versions (Mortal Kombat on Game Gear or Street Fighter II on Game Boy, anyone?). If you don't believe me, do some searching online for these titles: SNK vs CAPCOM: Match of the Millenium. King of Fighters R-2 (There's also an R-1 which was on the black and white Neo Geo Pocket and is fully playable on the Color system). Samurai Showdown!2 (Again, there's a B/W verison of NGP). The Last Blade: Beyond the Destiny. Fatal Fury: First Contact. Gals' Fighters. Rockman Battle & Fighters (Japanese only port of the Mega Man arcade fighting games). I highly recommend all of the above, although Rockman is kind of rare now days. Not to mention one of the most popular NGPC games ever: SNK vs CAPCOM: Card Fighter's Clash. One last thing to note is that, as with most handhelds, the games are region free, meaning it doesn't matter if you get a japanese version of a game, it'll still play on a US system."
"SNK produced games so well for this little handheld that I have not experienced anything like it through out my years of playing videogames. Built in clock, calander, horoscope, world time, and alarm are a GREAT addition as well. One last note from a serious gamer: I am truely dissapointed and confused why the Neogeo Pocket Color has not swept the handheld industry. If only other companies would take a lesson from SNK, and start producing as GOOD a handheld experience as the NGPC."
"neo geo is the best portable system I ever had."
"The System would power down after a few minutes of game play-even with new batteries."
