"This works great for when the system is not in use but on a full charge and I don't want the pad lying flat on a table; propping it upright prevents a ton of dust from getting all over the screen. Both cases are smooth on the front, but I find that the AmazonBasics one scuffs up a little easier and doesn't look as nice as Hori's. This makes me feel that if the GamePad were dropped, the Hori case would fly off, while the AB one would stick together."
