Find Best Price at Amazon"Internal packaging was subpar: as I opened the freezer I found a broken piece of plastic on the bottom. This trim faces each of the cooling coil "shelves" and the ends serve as a stop to keep the baskets from sliding off the shelf when pulled. So I am rather regretting my choice of this product (as in, I chose the one with baskets just to be done with it, now I have to repair the dang thing because shipping it back for this issue would be ludicrous)."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Can't believe how LARGE this is- more than enough for my needs (I'd estimate large enough to hold at least a month's worth of frozen food). To give you an idea of what can fit in the freezer (I experimented), it can hold 39 full-size Banquet TV dinners + 2 smaller packages, like Lean Cuisines, + 4 small frozen juice containers + 8 smallish burritos, like Don Jose's. I was unable to upload the video of the freezer from the Whynter site for some reason, you can go there to see it (but it also shows those little containers/cartons of Haagen Dazs-type icecream, which don't provide an accurate impression of how MUCH it holds). It comes with a small paper sticker on the front that removes easily after soaking for a few minutes with dishwashing lotion. Couldn't be happier with this freezer!"

"It seems that when the freezer is set to MAX, there is some kind of quick-freeze setting that is not mentioned in the manual. Again, this was not mentioned in the manual, but another brand of freezer I have has a similar setting, so I should have known. I did let the freezer stand for over 24 hours before using it to avoid problems from shipping, though the manual only recommends 2 hours."
