"Good luck getting a torque wrench in there. What I did was put my torque wrench in the vice, put my regular wrench up to it, and pushed at the same distance up the torque wrench handle as the regular wrench went. That allowed me to get a feel for how hard I needed to push on the regular wrench when tightening the bolts. It wasn't exact, but there was no way I could get a torque wrench up there."
