Find Best Price at Amazon"The top cover has magnets in it that hold the cover closed and also tightly attach it to the back surface of the case when the cover is fully opened. The cover also has magnets in it that turn off the tablet when you close the cover and turn it on when you open the cover. The inside surface of the cover is a micro fiber material and that protects your tablet screen from scratches when the cover is closed. I like that the micro SD card slot is covered when the tablet is installed in the case. When the flap is totally opened and folded back it does cover the rear facing camera but to be honest, every tablet case I have ever owned does exactly the same thing on all of my tablets."

Find Best Price at Amazon"The leather was not the quality that I wanted, and the magnets on the first case I received were not strong enough to make the sleep/wake function on the case work, but like most people I did not want to go through the hassle of returning or exchanging it, and was resigned to just use it until I found a better one. In light of these shortcomings in the first case I couldn't in good conscience give the case 4 or 5 stars, and since I didn't give Tech Vendor the opportunity to replace the case I left no review. Tech Vendor contacted me by email to make sure I was totally satisfied with the first case, because I did not write a review or even give them feedback in terms of stars. I told her about the first case, and she said I must have received a rare defective one, and that I should give them one more opportunity to try their Pro Case and make things right, because they really stand behind their products. This Pro Case is a better made case for half the cost."

"It does add a bit of weight to the overall situation, so that has to be a trade off you are willing to make. As can see in the attached photo, in the first stop, it has just enough room to hold a Sharkk Bluetooth keyboard. It feels a bit odd if you're thinking of it as a notebook (I mean the paper kind) folio, where you'd just flip and wrap the cover around. It is elastic and thin enough that I expect it will hold the Pencil just fine. In the meantime, the included pen and rubber nub stylus is a nice stand in. For this style case, this product seems to have nailed it, in looks, in utility, and in price."

"I like that the KHOMO cover goes all the way around, protecting both the front and back of the mini. Apple apparently doesn't have a companion case available for the mini to go with their Smart Cover. But that's what I love about this case, is that the front and back are attached so the Smart Cover doesn't come off. At first, there was a gap between the cover and the screen (on the left side closer to where the cover attaches to the back case) when the cover was closed and it concerned me a bit, but I've been using this case for about 3 weeks now and that gap is starting to go away. I folded and squished that piece between the cover and the back case a bunch and it's helped to eliminate that little gap. Apple wants $39 for just a Smart Cover, and with this case you get full coverage for your mini with a cover that functions exactly as Apple's does and for 1/3 the cost of Apple's cover!"
